Where are you based out of?
We have our registered office in New Delhi. However, our current manufacturing & dispatch is based out of Noida.
Do you use Genuine Leather or PU for your products?
All our products are made using superior vegan leather. Stemming from the opinion that fashion doesn’t need to bleed, going green is the future and we sure are making it trendy.
What is your return policy?
As a policy, no return or exchange requests would be entertained for the undamaged products delivered in perfect condition. However, replacement requests for products underlying the following conditions would be considered by the company –
- The delivered product isn’t identical to the originally selected/ purchased product.
- The received product has defects.
- The received product is damaged.
- Malfunctioning hardware utilities in the product (Zippers, pullers, etc).
The products under such conditions will be approved by the company against a full refund/replacement to the customer or fulfilment as required by them. To claim a refund/replacement for this, please ensure the a video while opening the package is captured and shared with us as a proof.

Shipments within India:
Shiprocket (BlueDarty/ DTDC / Ecom Express / Fedex / Ekart / Amazon / Xpressbees )
What is the delivery timeline for your products?
The Fulfilment Time: 5-7 working days from the date of placing the order.
*If in the event there is a spike in the number of orders for a particular product, it could take upto 10 working days.
Delivery timeline for orders within India?
3-5 working days from the day you receive the shipping confirmation email. For all states in the North East of India, it will take an additional 3 working days.
Delivery timeline for orders outside India?
For Regular Shipping – 4 weeks from the day you receive the shipping confirmation email.
For Express Shipping – 10 working days from the day you receive the shipping confirmation email.
What does working days mean?
Working days here refer to Monday to Friday. It does not count weekends and public holidays in the respective countries.
How can I cancel an order I placed?
Please email us at care@savvyandgroovy.com with your order number and the reason you would like to cancel it. This has to be done within 2 hours of placing the order. However, in the case of customized products the company will not entertain any cancellation, exchange, or refund requests.
Can I change an order I had placed for another product?
Yes, you can. Please email us at care@savvyandgroovy.com with your order number and all details regarding the product you would like. Please do the same within 2 hours as your order might get shipped out.
What are your payment options?
We support all major credit and debit cards around the world. You can pay online using any of the below given platforms
For our India Customers:
PayU Payments (UPIs, Net banking, Wallets and other modes)
We also have Cash on Delivery (Only for customers within India & non-customized orders)
For our International Customers:
Please email us at care@savvyandgroovy and we will provide you with our bank account details for online transfer.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
We offer cash on delivery only for customers within India & for non-personalized products only.
Can we return a customised/personalized order?
No you can’t return a customised/personalized order. We can only consider return or exchange if you have received a wrong order or the order delivered has a manufacturing defect. To claim return or exchange in this case, please ensure you have a parcel opening video.
Do you refund in case order did not get delivered due to non-availability of recipient?
In case where the order goes undelivered despite repeated contact attempts by our delivery partner as well as our team, and is returned back to origin, we will deduct 30% of the amount paid and refund 70% balance to the original payment method.
We can also resend the order to the customer, provided the shipping charges for second attempt are borne by the customer. For this, please get in touch with our customer care team.

What is your return policy?
Hassle Free Return policy. You can initiate a return request within 2 days from the date of receiving the products and we will take care of the rest for you 🙂 However, we do no accept returns for personalised products. You can read more about it here – Shipping & Returns Policy

What is the delivery timeline for your products?
The Fulfilment Time: 3-5 working days from the date of placing the order.
*If in the event there is a spike in the number of orders for a particular product, it could take upto 7 working days.
Delivery timeline for orders within India?
