As a policy, no return or exchange requests would be entertained for the undamaged products delivered in perfect condition. However, replacement requests for products underlying the following conditions would be considered by the company –
- The delivered product isn’t identical to the originally selected/ purchased product.
- The received product has defects.
- The received product is damaged.
- Malfunctioning hardware utilities in the product (Zippers, pullers, etc).
The products under such conditions will be approved by the company against a full refund/replacement to the customer, as applicable. To claim a refund/replacement for this, please ensure the a video while opening the package is captured and shared with us as a proof.
We have well-regulated management for our Manufacturing Facility and Logistics team. However, occasional slip-ups may occur due to the high volume of orders.
- Return requests should be placed within 48hrs of receiving the product. The beginning of the time frame counts from the date of delivery as confirmed by our logistics team through the delivery status updated by our courier partners. Once placed, no orders will be canceled.
- Please ensure the a video while opening the package is captured and shared with us as a proof.
- Two images, one showing the defective area of the product and other of the whole product, would be required by the company as proof of defectivity. The images are to be sent on our customer care email@example.com. Our Quality Assurance team will further look into the details in reference to the eligibility of the return request. - You will be notified regarding your Return Request Status within 48 hours of receiving the request mail. Reverse pick up will be initiated after the request has been accepted. It generally takes about 48 hours for organizing a pickup and 5-7 days for the product to reach our warehouse. Our quality assurance team will then inspect the item and you will receive the refund or replacement, as applicable.
Product Exchange Procedure
For Customers within domestic borders of India:
- The customer must email us regarding the exchange within 24 hours of product delivery. Pickup of the product will be scheduled by our end. The product will be evaluated once it reaches our warehouse which generally takes 2-3 days and after the completion of assurance procedures the desired product will be shipped back to the customer.
- In case we encounter a cost difference between the original and returned product, The company will initiate a refund process immediately or will bill the product to the customer as a Cash on delivery.
For International shipments/customers outside India:
- The customer is responsible to ship back the product to our undermentioned warehouse address in India incase of such a scenario. After receiving the original product and quality assurance procedures, the company will ship the desired product to the customer. Incase of a cost difference between the two products the company will either initiate a refund immediately or a payment gateway will be sent to the customer via Paypal for the balance amount.
Product Refund Procedure
- A return pickup will be arranged by us after the return approval by our team. The refund procedure will require upto 15 working days of time.
- However, in the case of customized/personalized products the company will not entertain any exchange or refund requests.
Important Instructions for the Customers:
We expect the customer to abide by the following rules while filing for a return:
- The product should be enclosed within the original packing and should include all the shipment and customer documentation such as barcodes, tags, accessories(if present), warranty cards, manuals, shipping labels (attached to the packet), invoice and any other item present with the product.
- The product should not have any signs of use and should be in the original condition.
